Simply SUP is a SUP school based on the stunning locations of Lough Conn and the river Moy in Ballina, Co.Mayo. We provide a unique and personalized SUP experience in some of the most beautiful locations that north Mayo has to offer. Stand up paddle boarding, otherwise known as SUP, is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. SUP offers you an amazing low impact, all over workout which also allows you to wind down, relax & submerge yourself in the stunning Irish scenery at the same time. It is an activity that the whole family can enjoy. At Simply SUP we offer lessons for beginners up to experienced paddlers who want to improve on their paddling technique. For those who are feeling a little more adventurous, our tours are a great option and opportunity to see areas of Lough Conn and The Moy which are only accessible by water. We customise your tours to your abilities and your time with our picnic tours being very popular. Our lessons and tours are kept to minimum numbers and are exclusive, meaning that you will never be mixed with people you don’t know or have never met before. This allows us to give you the best of instruction and maximizes and enhances your time and experience on the water. We are an ASI accredited school and all our ASI instructors are trained to the highest industry standard.
