Stillgarden Distillery, an Award winning independent distillery based in Dublin producing sustainable Modern Irish Spirits for the Modern Spirit Drinker. The visitor centre offers a range of experiences & tours. Guests experience modern methods of distillation & can create their own recipe gin or vodka. Public and Private Bookings are available. In the event you have to cancel a booking for one of our experiences we would ask for 48 hours notice, if we are notified before the 48hr notice you will be offered a refund or you can reschedule for a later date. If we are notified after the 48hr notice we can reschedule but it will be subject to a rebooking charge per person of €25 for our Distilling Academy & Gin School experience and €10 for all other experiences, this is to cover staff costs and any other costs incurred. 
There are fees issued by the bank for all refunds, this is a percentage of the total refund of 2.5% plus a transaction fee per order of 50c. 
In the event you are eligible for a refund you generally receive the refund withing 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
GIN SCHOOL & DISTILLING ACADEMY
  • On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink then learn about Stillgarden, the local history, the botanicals and the distillation process, followed by a visit to our community garden. Along the way, you’ll get to sample a variety of our tasty spirits. Later on, make and name your own bottle of spirit (gin, vodka, even a sambuca style if that’s your tipple) using our wall of 120 botanicals. While it’s distilling,  there’ll be a hands-on cocktail masterclass in our Speakeasy, Lab8. 
  • Tickets include: welcome drink (G&T or Stillgarden Spritz), plus 2/3 more drinks, 4 gin tasting flights, cocktail class (and cocktail), a charcuterie board and of course your bottle of handcrafted recipe gin/vodka. The experience typically lasts 2.5 hours 
  • The experience itself is more like a show than a regular distillery tour. Perfect for raining days but also sunny days as the terrace gets the sun all day!
