Located about a mile west of Killarney Town and known locally as “O’Sullivan’s”, Killarney Riding Stables were established in 1968 by Donie O’Sullivan and is still very much a family business with Donie’s wife Noreen, their two daughters Lorraine and Aoife, and son William all involved. Approved by the Irish Tourist Board, the Stables are home to some 70 horses. Being adjacent to the Killarney National Park, the casual customer can enjoy daily rides of one, two, or three hours. Situated in South-West Ireland, County Kerry boasts some of the finest scenery in the world. It is an inspiration of the poet and artist with its high mountain ranges, its inlet studded coast, its woods, lakes, waterfalls, the ever-changing drama of its skies, and the eloquence of its people. Riding Helmets and Rubber boots are supplied (no extra charge)
  • Established in the late 1960’s, our horse riding stables can expertly provide each and every customer with a unique horse tour tailored to their individual level of riding ability
  • We offer Hacking, Trekking & Trail Riding in Killarney National Park for 1, 2 and 3 hours taking in views of Ross Island and beautiful views of Killarney lakes and Mountains for the casual visitor
  • Prices for 2021 - 1 hour €50, 2 hour €85, 3 hour €115
A 50% deposit is necessary to secure a reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to date of trip.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if notification is given in writing 60 days prior to departure.
  • 60+ days – Full Refund
  • 30-59 days – 50% Refund
  • 0-29 days – No Refund

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Please note: We advise that one should take out  Trip cancellation insurance.
