This is a self-guided tour of grounds and exhibition spaces. It does not include access to the lighthouse tower, but does allow access to the ground floor of the lighthouse.
Learn about the lightkeepers and their families, the shipwrecks of Lough Swilly, and how the light itself has evolved over two centuries of protecting ships at sea.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery around this landmark heritage building, and relax afterwards with a coffee and snack from the café. The on-site craft shop has a range of unique souvenirs and local crafts.
