- Admission on any scheduled cruise is subject to availability at all times
- Places may be reserved in advance through our online booking system as required
- Facemasks are a mandatory requirement for all passengers while onboard and within the passenger saloon area
- Customers who fail to show for their tour (or arriving late) will forfeit their tickets and will not be issued a refund. Dublin Discovered Boat Tours require payment to secure all bookings
- The final decision regarding the operation or cancellation of any sailing rests with the Master on duty at all times
- Published schedules are subject to alteration without notice and form no part of any contract for carriage
- All Cruises will depart from and return to our pontoon located at the Sean O' Casey Footbridge, Custom House Quay, directly opposite the CHQ building
- Passengers, including those with confirmed reservations, must be at the designated embarkation point at least 10 minutes prior to departure to secure passage - late arrivals will only be accommodated if space is still available or will be offered passage on the next available sailing
- In the interests of safety, passengers must follow crew instructions at all times whilst on board the ship
Tickets are non refundable and all sales are final with the exception of cancellation arising from mechanical failure.
