Cape Clear Ferries is located on the South West tip of Ireland ‘s Wild Atlantic Way. Our orange fleet, operate multiple daily trips from Baltimore (all year round) and Schull (June-August) in West Cork to the unspoilt Gaeltacht (Irish speaking) island of Cape Clear, 8 miles offshore. We also run days tours, evening tours and private charter tours around the Iconic Fastnet Rock Lighthouse. Also known as 'Ireland’s Tear Drop', it was for countless emigrants, their last vision of Ireland. Our Fastnet Day Tour comprises a visit to Cape Clear Island first before embarking to travel further out through the whale and dolphin rich waters of the Atlantic to round Ireland and UK's tallest and widest Rock Lighthouse, that is the Fastnet Rock. All our vessels with a capacity of up to 100 passengers have upper viewing decks, indoor heated saloons, full commentary, coach seating and toilet facilities.Whether it be a holiday to Cape Clear, a once in a lifetime chance to round the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse or a mix of both the choice is yours.
