Bunmahon Surf School

We supply the surf board, wetsuit and boots ideal for Atlantic surf sessions. All our boards are designed for beginners, they are made of foam and are suitable for groups surfing together. You dont have to be an amazing swimmer as you wont be going further than waste height in water. Our wetsuits are all winter suits to make sure you always feel nice and warm in the surf. When you arrive we get you suited and booted, get your board and head to the beach. Before you hit the waves, our qualified surf coaches goes through a land based lesson with you, going through safety, surfing ettiquette, paddling and through the steps of standing up and catching waves. You spend an hour in the water under the supervision of the coach, who will be pulling you into waves and giving you advice. Our main aim here in Bonmahon Surf School, unlike other surf schools is to keep the groups small so you really benifit from our lessons and give you more time with our coaches.
