Located off the coast of Galway on an Island called Inis Mór, in the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way, Aran Off Road Experience is a guided tour company, set up by brothers and native Islanders Pádraig and Aonghus Hernon. We provide personalised, small group experiences that take you off the beaten track to the local landmarks and unique sites of this ancient Island. Get ready to explore Inis Mór! Take the road less travelled on our customised 4x4 and Rover Jeep, the only vehicle that can access these remote roads and see the unspoilt views of iconic Irish stone walls and green fields and hear the Wild Atlantic Ocean! We provide guided walks to attractions such as Poll na bPéist a natural geographical phenomenon carved out of the rock by the Atlantic Ocean, Teampall Bheanáin, the smallest 11th Century Church in Europe, Dún Eochla fort, the highest point of the Island, as well as the World-famous heritage site of Dún Aonghusa, a 3,000 year old stone fort standing 100 metres above the Altantic ocean.
